Talking with family & friends about climate change

Thursday March 21 2019 4-5pm Northrop Hall Room 122

About the event

Who is this event for?

If conversations with your family and friends about climate change  seem to be unproductive or just end with everyone agreeing "things are going to get really bad," this event is for you.

What will be discussed?

A short climate overview will be presented and we will share online resources and social media contacts you can follow to help you find ways to productively convey climate change to your family and friends. Last but not least, keynote speaker Mark Ronchetti, KRQE Chief Meteorologist, will share his take on it all.

Can I ask questions?

Yes! We will host a Q&A panel in the second half of the hour.
